How first pilot users get verified, approved, and oriented.
First steps
- Register with your phone number, verify the OTP, and set a 6-digit PIN.
- Normal login uses your phone number and PIN. OTP is for first-time verification and Forgot PIN recovery, not every routine login.
- After registration, admin reviews your marketplace access before you can trade.
Reading your dashboard
- Action required means AgroMath is waiting for you to do something now.
- Waiting on others means another participant or admin must act before you can continue.
- Alerts are the in-app record of important updates. Dashboards refresh action cards automatically about every 20 seconds.
Pilot notice
- AgroMath is running a controlled Abuja pilot. Payment collection may be test mode, live-disabled mode, or live mode depending on operator cutover settings.
- Admins may still support users by phone or WhatsApp during the pilot.

The pilot operator will share support contact details with invited users.
