How Alerts, dashboard actions, browser push, and OTP SMS fit together.
What each channel means
- Alerts are in-app notifications and remain the source of record.
- Action required cards show what you need to do now. Waiting on others shows work blocked by another participant.
- OneSignal browser push is an off-app reminder for subscribed browsers and may not reach every device.
Troubleshooting
- Use the Alerts page to enable notifications on each browser or device.
- If push does not arrive, open AgroMath and check your dashboard. The app does not depend on push to continue a workflow.
- Twilio SMS is for OTP/authentication only in the pilot path.

The pilot operator will share support contact details with invited users.
